Today was my first time ever shopping in Sephora at Wire Grass in Westly Chapel, FL. It was amazing, so many things to choose from!!! Anyways, this is what i have gotten so far.
Too Faced "Naked Eye" eyeshadow pallet. From left to right, starting on the first row we have: in the buff, pillow talk, like a virgin, birthday suit, satin sheets, unmentionables, pink cheeks, lap dance, and stiletto. It even comes with 3 cards on how to create the look.
Next up,
Kat Von D's "Ludwig" eyeshadow pallet. From left to right: lucifer, orbi, dimebag, tequila, clay, downtown, baroque, and leather. Beautiful colors, very high pigmented.
Now we have,
Kat Von D "A Go-Go" lipstick. Love, love, love this lipstick!!! The color is amazing. It stays on and the red looks great with my skin tone. It is a orange based red, but with tan or Spanish people, this red will look great!! I finally found a red lipstick that does not look pink on me.
Up Next...
This is a Sephora brush set. From top to bottom it has: powder brush, foundation brush, smudge and eyeshadow brush, eyebrow and liner brush, and concealer brush and lip brush.
Its amazing the quality for such a good price!
And lastly I got....
Urban Decay primer potion, my first time trying this product and so far so good!!! I got the mini size to try, but I am definitely going back for the bigger bottle!
Anyways, I had an awesome time at Sephora and the girls there were great at helping me. You guys who read this...have a good day! And thanks for reading! bye!

Broken Camera
So upset that my camera is is broken!!! Now I can't take pictures of my work :( . This has been my trusty camera since 2006. It went every where with me. Its been through rain, hairspray, a car crash, and drop on numerous times. And finally it gave out Friday morning just when I was about to take a picture of 60's-70'ish inspired hair and make up. Well, I promise that when I do get a new camera; that will be the first thing I will take a picture of.

A little practice here and there...
This is Ms. Heather J. She is my friend and fellow co-worker. She was nice enough to offer herself for my practices. I tried to different hairstyles with her. The first one is soft curls done with hot curlers. The second hairstyle is the same curls but half of it pin up. I know it's not much but, I am practicing and I thank her so much for letting me practice on her.
I also did her makeup. I did the classic black eyeliner, and red lips. I'm very glad she liked the look! So Heather, I hope to do more styles on you ok?! THANK YOU AGAIN!!

What inspires me...?
I draw my inspiration for hair and make up from not one thing, but many things. One of them being the era of time itself. Starting from the 1920's through the world now as we know it. The 1920's was the time of the famous Flapper Girls. From their dresses with the drop down waist to their short hair bobs. Going to a different time is the blond bombshell herself, Marilyn Monroe. She is my the base of all my inspiration. She is the inspiration of most Hollywood style now in days to. Her short blond hair in curls is seen several time through the stars on the red carpet. Christina Aguelera, Lindsay Lohan, Anna Nicole Smith, are just a few to name. Even Madona started off with MM's looks in "Material Girl". And let me also mention the eyeliner style MM used with the red lips. Just old classic Hollywood glam is my all time favorite look. Who doesn't like that?
Further more, I also am fascinated by the style of hair and makeup in the music and movie industry. I look up (fashion wise) to people such as Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Christina Aguelera, Jennifer Lopez, and Kim Kardashian.
And I can't forget about music its self. Music is what helps me unwind, think, and open my mind to creativity.
I'm looking forward to doing more styling in the near future. In the mean time I' will be taking classes to further my career goal and expand my knowledge in the cosmetic world. Hope to style you soon!!

Still looking for the perfect red lipstick...
Well, I have been on this search for a long time; and because of my skin tone (I think) I haven't been able to find a good red lipstick. Every time I try a swash it either looks to pink, or orange. Or it fades away, doesn't stay on, it smears, or it's not a bright as it should be. Any suggestions anyone? THANKS!

Hot pink lips, with a hint of green invy!
This was a fun little look I did just for fun. Smoky black lid, with green on on the water line. And of course my favorite hot pink lipstick in "Muse", from the line of cosmetics made by Victoria's Secret: Very Sexy. I love this lipstick. It glides on easy, and it is a matte lipstick so it stays on for quit a while. Minimal touch ups, high pigmented, and that's why I love it! I can dress it up, or dress it down.

Classic messy bun.
This hair due was inspired by classic Hollywood.
Hair is slicked back into a side pony tail. The rest of the hair was curled by a curling iron and teased to create a volume and messiness. Later it was pinned up by bobbie pins. The bangs was pulled back creating the popular hair bump, and at the very end curled into one curl.

Feeling Blue
This look was very simple to do.
For foundation I used Neutrogena,
for the eyes I used Cover Girl blue in the "Tropical" eyeshadow pallet, white shadow on the water line from MAC, and Collosal Masscara from Maybelline. I used "peach" blush from Rimmel London on the apples of my cheeks. On the lips I used "coral reef" lipgloss by Revelon, and a highlighter for the eyebrows and high cheek bones from Jemma Kidd.
